Idea to action. Dream to reality

Peter Brugger, a swiss national, was travelling around Asia when he came up with the idea of developing holiday homes in Boracay Island. In the same year, he made it into reality; thus, the Tropicana Ocean Villas were built on a 5000 square meters lot located on top of Diniwid hill.

Origin of the name SPR

On October 6 of this year, South Philippine Resort (SPR) Inc. was incorporated. It was supposed to be managed as a hotel project, however, it did not pushed through so they moved to Real Estate instead; which has a high demand that time.

Getting into the Real Estate world

SPR Boracay Real Estate Inc. was born and on August 25 of this year, it was finally incorporated. SPR Boracay Real Estate is engaged in property management, holiday home rentals, property sales, brokerage, and other real estate services primarily in Boracay Island, Philippines.

We are growing

SPR Boracay Real Estate Inc. has adopted the name SPR Boracay travel and tours as its trade name to separate the travel agency business from the Real Estate.

The company grew up to 70 employees.

Expanded for quality services

SPR Boracay Real Estate Inc. had set up Boracay Villas to separate the holiday home rentals and property management from the Real Estate with the goal of providing quality services to our clients.
